Revsper helps businesses collect Google review clicks and private customer feedback through NFC and QR cards. This policy explains the information the service processes.

Information we collect

Business account information may include a name, email address, business details, branding, and review link. Customer feedback includes a rating and message. A customer may optionally provide a name, email, or phone number.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, display configured review pages, deliver private feedback to the correct business, protect the service, and provide first-party activity analytics.

Sharing and retention

Private feedback is available only to authorized members of the receiving business and platform administrators who need access to operate or secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Customers can submit feedback without providing contact information. Account holders can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Revsper.
